- Manage the contract renewal process for assigned clients, ensuring all renewals are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all renewal-related inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop renewal strategies and achieve renewal targets.
- Conduct contract negotiations with clients to secure timely and favorable renewals.
- Monitor and track renewal metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to the renewal process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the renewal process.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and improve renewal processes, tools, and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and renewals in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously strive to improve renewal rates and customer retention by implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image to clients.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.
A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Crm Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge Of Data Storage And Cloud Computing Industry, With A Focus On Subscription-Based Business Models.
