  1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the public sector industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities in the public sector market.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to the sales team in developing and presenting proposals to clients.
  6. Keep up-to-date with NetApp products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of NetApp solutions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent NetApp to potential clients.
  10. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for the public sector market.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management on market trends, client feedback, and sales performance.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas to enhance the sales process and better serve clients.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  15. Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Public Sector Industry: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Public Sector Industry, Including Government Agencies, Education Institutions, And Healthcare Organizations. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Identify Customer Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions.

  • Experience In Presales And Solution Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Presales And Solution Architecture, Preferably In The Public Sector Market. This Includes The Ability To Understand Complex Technical Requirements, Design Solutions, And Articulate Them To Customers.

  • Strong Technical Background: Netapp's Products And Solutions Are Highly Technical, And Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Data Storage, Data Management, And Cloud Technologies. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Position Netapp's Offerings And Differentiate Them From Competitors.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Presales/Account Technology Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate And Present Complex Technical Solutions To Various Stakeholders, Including C-Level Executives. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies, Including Account Planning, Opportunity Management, And Pipeline Management. This Will Help Them Collaborate Effectively With The Sales Team And Contribute To The Overall Success Of The Business.
