  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NetApp's data management solutions and how they can be applied to the public sector market.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities within the public sector market.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of NetApp's solutions.
  4. Understand client's business needs and challenges, and provide tailored technology solutions to address their specific requirements.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector, including CIOs and IT managers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure the best possible solution for clients.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  8. Develop and deliver technical training and workshops to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, solution design, and project plans.
  10. Represent NetApp at industry events and conferences, promoting our solutions and identifying potential partnerships.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and optimize the pre-sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  12. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  13. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
