  1. Develop and implement project plans for the effective delivery of cloud operations services to NetApp customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project milestones and deliverables.
  3. Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects within budget and according to quality standards.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise.
  5. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Manage and prioritize project tasks and resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with project teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cloud technology to continuously improve NetApp's cloud services.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  12. Adhere to project management best practices and company policies and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with all security and privacy standards for cloud operations.
  14. Analyze project data and produce reports for management review.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of NetApp's cloud operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Operations: A Strong Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Cloud Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale Environment. They Should Be Well-Versed In Cloud Technologies And Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Security, And Automation.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Program Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Related To Cloud Operations. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Project Budgets And Timelines, And Effectively Communicate Project Status Updates To Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Cloud Operations. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Models, Such As Iaas, Paas, And Saas, And Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Compliance Requirements.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Leading A Team Of Cloud Operations Professionals, So The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing And Developing A High-Performing Team. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Motivate And Coach Team Members, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Program Manager, This Individual Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Cross-Functional Teams, Executives, And External Partners.
