Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the face of NetApp to our partners, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy and driving success.   1. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for partners and serve as the face of NetApp, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage and grow partner accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of partner plans and initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform partner strategies and drive business success.
  7. Work closely with sales teams to support partner-led sales opportunities, provide training and resources, and facilitate joint sales calls and presentations.
  8. Communicate effectively with partners to understand their needs and concerns, and address any issues or challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for growth.
  10. Represent NetApp at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build relationships with potential partners.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing plans and campaigns to drive partner awareness and generate leads.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on NetApp products, services, and solutions, and provide training and support to partners as needed.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of overall partner strategy and business plans, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of NetApp's competitive landscape and use this knowledge to differentiate our offerings and drive partner success.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, and ensure partners also comply with these guidelines.
