Job Description

NetApp is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager, Strategy & Operations to help shape the future of our business. In this high-visibility role, you will be a key member of the operations team, with the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of operational acumen and experience in strategic planning, and be able to think innovatively to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management or operational role. They should also have experience leading teams, managing projects, and developing and executing strategies. An ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively is essential, as is superior communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams while overseeing operational processes and procedures.
Develop and execute strategies to meet organizational goals.
Anticipate and resolve potential problems.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Analyze and interpret data to drive efficient and effective decision-making.
Prioritize tasks and manage projects to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and implement operational procedures and systems to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to ensure successful outcomes.
Create and maintain reports to track progress and provide data-driven insights.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices.
