- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and customer retention in the Indian market for NetApp's technology solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Indian market to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Indian Market And Cultural Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Sales Team.
