  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and customer retention in the Indian market for NetApp's technology solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Indian market to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Set and track team and individual sales targets, providing regular performance feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their goals.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to develop innovative sales strategies and tactics.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for NetApp, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  12. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, attending trainings, conferences, and workshops to enhance leadership and sales skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Sales Team.
