Job Description

Lead pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments focused on the following key areas: Business Systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, CPQ, HCM), IT Infrastructure, IT & Product Security, Data & Reporting, Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Lifecycle, Budgetary Analysis, and Technology Personnel Assessment. Drive Day-1 and Post Day-1 integration planning and execution; track progress against Day-1 and Post Day-1 integration objectives, adjusting strategies and personnel assignments as required. Provide management dashboards on progress or lagging activities. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Serve as a leader in driving M&A integrations in acquisition post-close phases. Must work with Finance and IT Leadership to track and communicate acquisition integration costs and spend plans.

Job Qualifications

10+ years industry experience combined with M&A transactions, corporate strategy, and technology deployment experience
Knowledge of IT and product security fundamentals
Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
