Job Description

As a Global Logistics Analyst, you provide the global analytical support for the management of distribution and repair activities for NetApp’s global network of hubs/depots and regional repair centers providing spare parts to maintain customer networks. Ensure performance of Global 3rd Party Freight Payment Provider processes, controls, reporting and audits are in place according to contract. Responsible for departmental monthly spend reconciliation – support fiscal month end analysis and reporting activity. Possess knowledge of domestic and international logistics networks for high-value goods including trucking, airfreight, courier, and warehousing. Analyze traffic lanes and modes utilized to identify patterns in freight movements (costs, service levels, special requests). Acts as a liaison by providing business and logistics support to all functions within their region, and, as necessary dealing with vendors, suppliers, carriers and customs brokers.

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in managing logistics operations in freight, warehousing, courier modes
Knowledge in inventory control applications and big data analysis software is desired.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume Logistics Spares environment or experience
