  1. Design and implement compliance and cryptography solutions for systems software.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of compliance and cryptography principles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets industry standards and regulations.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changing compliance and cryptography requirements and proactively implement necessary changes.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions.
  7. Ensure all software development processes are in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  8. Perform thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure it meets functional and security requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for compliance and cryptography processes and procedures.
  10. Work closely with product management to understand customer needs and incorporate them into software designs.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to compliance and cryptography in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize software solutions to meet evolving compliance and cryptography needs.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project progress.
  14. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  15. Keep track of industry trends and advancements in compliance and cryptography to suggest improvements for the company's software products.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Compliance Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Compliance Regulations Such As Gdpr, Hipaa, And Sox, And How They Apply To Software Systems. This Includes Experience With Implementing Compliance Controls And Managing Audits.

  • Strong Cryptography Expertise: As A Lead Systems Software Engineer, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Background In Cryptography And Encryption Techniques. This Includes Experience With Key Management, Secure Communication Protocols, And Secure Storage Of Sensitive Data.

  • Proven Experience In Software Development: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In A Lead Or Senior Role. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles And Methodologies, And Be Capable Of Leading A Team Of Developers.

  • Familiarity With Cloud Environments: Netapp Uses A Variety Of Cloud Platforms, Including Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Designing And Developing Software For Cloud Environments, As Well As Understanding The Unique Security And Compliance Challenges That Come With It.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Position, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Leading A Team Of Engineers To Deliver High-Quality Software Solutions.
