At NetApp, we are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Intern - Support & Services to join our team. This role requires an individual who is passionate about technology and customer service, and who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.You should have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, as well as a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service. A technical degree, such as a degree in computer science, engineering or related field, is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate their ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.We are looking for someone who is excited to join our team and help us continue to provide the highest level of customer service and support to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Remain up to date on new technologies and trends in the industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Work to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and testing of new products or services.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Participate in training and development activities when needed.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
