Job Description

At NetApp, we are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our Support & Services team as an Intern. As part of the broader team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of innovative and cutting-edge technologies while applying your skills and knowledge to help us in meeting our mission.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and providing customer service. You must have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the team.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, experience with customer service, and the ability to learn quickly and effectively. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and via email. Additionally, a formal education in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.We are looking for an individual who is driven to succeed, and who is dedicated to providing our customers with the best customer service experience possible. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
  2. Maintain customer service standards.
  3. Monitor customer inquiries and respond promptly and accurately.
  4. Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  5. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team as needed.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Work with the Support & Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  9. Demonstrate a passion for learning and growing within the team.
  10. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills.
  11. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  12. Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies.
