A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Current Employment Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hr Software Systems.
Previous Experience In An Hr Internship Or Related Role Is Preferred.
