In this role, you will be able to expand your knowledge of HR practices and gain valuable experience.We are looking for an individual that brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to this role. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.The required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, a minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role, and working knowledge of relevant HR software. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Perform HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and personnel record maintenance
- Assist with the development of training and development programs
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth running of HR processes
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
- Provide support with employee relations and compliance issues
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed
