Job Description

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and promote fairness and consistency within the organization.
  5. Partner with senior leadership to identify and address current and future talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company's HR policies and practices are competitive and compliant.
  8. Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  9. Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  13. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing expert HR guidance and support that contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: A Hr Director At Netapp Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Hr Functions, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation And Benefits, And Performance Management.

  • Strategic Thinker And Business Acumen: The Hr Director Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Netapp's Business Goals And Objectives And Be Able To Align Hr Strategies Accordingly. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: Netapp's Hr Director Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Drive Change, Foster Collaboration, And Create A Positive Work Culture.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Hr Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations To Ensure Compliance In All Hr Practices And Policies At Netapp.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Hr Director Should Be An Effective Communicator, Able To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Possess Strong Conflict Resolution Skills To Handle Employee Issues Effectively.
