Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of HAM/SAM or Information Systems for NetApp’s clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to HAM/SAM or Information Systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions for customer needs.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of HAM/SAM and Information Systems.
Conduct regular performance and security audits to ensure system stability and data protection.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for HAM/SAM and Information Systems.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Stay updated with NetApp’s product offerings and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Storage Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ham/Sam Concepts And Experience With Netapp Storage Solutions.
Proficiency In Software Development And Scripting Languages Such As Python, Perl, And Bash.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
