Strong Leadership Skills: The Field Excellence Lead Must Have Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Field Representatives And Drive Them Towards Achieving Sales Targets.
Extensive Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry, Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Sales Strategies And Techniques To Drive Revenue Growth.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Netapp Products And Solutions: The Field Excellence Lead Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Netapp's Products And Solutions, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Sales Teams, Customers, And Senior Management.
