
Enterprise District Manager

- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively market and sell NetApp's data management solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions.
- Ensure that the team is motivated, trained, and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions, transfers, or terminations based on individual and team performance.
- Represent NetApp in a professional and positive manner at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Enterprise Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team To Achieve Company Goals.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With C-Level Executives.
