  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NetApp's products and services to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  10. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop client-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for NetApp, representing the company's values and mission in all client interactions.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing best practices and strategies for successful client management.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate client engagement and retention strategies.
