Training Specialist

Nestlé is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our team and help ensure our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. The ideal candidate should have a passion for educating and developing employees and be able to design and deliver engaging, effective training courses.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of experience as a Training Specialist, developing and executing comprehensive training programs. In addition, you should have excellent instructional design skills, be highly organized, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and has a positive attitude. As a Training Specialist, you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
