Total Rewards Program Manager

We at Nestlé are looking for an experienced and motivated Total Rewards Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of programs that support our rewards strategy. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, with a passion for people, culture and rewards.To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of strong people, business and technical skills, as well as a “can do” attitude. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Rewards and Benefits, as well as a degree in Human Resources or a related field. In addition, you must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to lead, motivate and develop a team, as well as to work effectively with all levels of employees, both internally and externally.
