Supervisor, Laboratory Management

Nestlé is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Supervisor, Laboratory Management in our Nestlé headquarters in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the management of our laboratories in a safe and efficient manner, providing support to our scientists and other technical staff.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, such as Chemistry, Biology or Food Science, and at least five years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in the food industry. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing guidance and support to your team. An understanding of safety regulations and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential.We are looking for an individual who is a strong communicator, quick learner and innovative thinker.
