Job Description

Nestlé is looking for a Senior Sustainable Sourcing Manager who is passionate about utilizing sustainable sourcing practices to support our global supply chain. This individual will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sustainability initiatives and will be responsible for driving sustainable sourcing practices and ensuring responsible sourcing across Nestlé's global supply chain. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for sustainability, strong knowledge of global supply chains, and a disciplined approach to problem solving. You should be an excellent communicator, a strong negotiator, and have the ability to build relationships and develop trust with partners and stakeholders. You should have a college degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in sustainable sourcing or a related field.
