Release Train Engineer

Plan and facilitate Program Increment Planning Meetings: prepare content, present content, coordinate with suppliers, update Program Workbook, and publish meeting output. Facilitate Scrum of Scrums on a regular cadence to determine risks to the sprints and program increment.  In addition, work with Scrum Masters to talk through universal SM issues and make sure we are performing the agile ceremonies. Business Sync Meeting with Product Owners/ Managers to make sure that the sprints and the program increment is progressing as it should – escalate any risks or concerns. Leadership Sync Meeting with Product Management to make sure that the sprints and the program increment is progressing as it should. Participate in the System. Retrospective of Program Increment. Work with teams to host PI Retrospective and change the things agreed upon to change for the next program increment.
