Quality Supervisor

Nestlé is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Quality Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate must have a passion for quality assurance, a proven track record of results, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do. This position requires an individual who is driven and able to provide clear direction to their team while ensuring all safety protocols are met. The Quality Supervisor will work closely with the Quality team to ensure that all products meet company standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Food Science or Quality Assurance, and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. You must have excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of good manufacturing practices. You must also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
