Quality Lab Supervisor

Nestlé is looking for an experienced Quality Lab Supervisor to join our team and take the lead in ensuring that our products meet quality standards. As a Quality Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality lab and managing a team of quality technicians. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to think quickly under pressure.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or laboratory setting, as well as an advanced degree in food science or a related field. You must also be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks and use data to make sound decisions.
