Help ensure top quality for all products through QMS, GMP and PRP program monitoring. Use and calibration of laboratory equipment for product testing according to approved laboratory methods to ensure product specifications are met. Computer skills (MS Word and Excel, GLOBE SAP and AS400) for line monitoring, holds, and blend sheets. Responsible for adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and FSSC requirements. Ensure data integrity of all logs, inspection forms, records and documents (written and electronic). Effectively report and communicate quality issues. Suggest ideas to improve job and work areas. Must be able to work well with minimal supervision.
