Job Description

Nestlé is looking for a top-notch Customer Feedback Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills and an eye for detail. As a Customer Feedback Specialist, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate has experience with customer data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and is able to build relationships with customers to understand their needs. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of customer feedback and experience in working with customer service teams. If you’re a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering a great experience, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field• 3+ years of experience in customer service or customer feedback analysis• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to build relationships with customers• Advanced understanding of customer data analysis• Strong problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
