Job Description

At Nestlé, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Executive to join our team. We believe in providing our customers with an exceptional experience, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to help us provide that. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers to enhance customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Problem solving, organizational, and time management skills are a must, as well as knowledge of relevant software and systems. The successful candidate must also have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role.We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is excited to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service.
