Job Description

Translate business needs into IT requirements and resource demand plans in support of the applications that power the IT Field Sales Execution product group: AFS Retail Execution (RE) (Retail, Merchandising & Direct Store Delivery) and SAP Hybrid C4C (Prospect and Field Services). Manage business needs, requests and planned enhancements to the retail products Support the Product/Platform Manager & Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in strategy development through incremental improvement of the product. Deliver training to end users, deployment and support team as needed Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix to maximize its adoption/value. Develop, motivate & direct staff belonging to business and IS/IT to understand business needs and find the best solution that will align with customer objectives and IS/IT strategy Partners with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business needs, areas of improvement or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a business analysis or similar role within a business facing or IT environment is required

  • Experience in capturing IT requirements in context of use cases that can be delivered to the IT Product Teams

  • Background in planning and managing projects to deploy new IT solutions or new functionalities/enhancements

  • Ability to articulate messages and illustrate ideas to various stakeholders of the organization including leadership teams
