2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to make recommendations and assist with ordering.
4. Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
5. Monitor tables and promptly clear and reset as needed to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
8. Continuously maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
