- Greet and welcome guests to Zodiac Restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to make recommendations and assist with ordering.
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Monitor tables and promptly clear and reset as needed to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Continuously maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
- Respond to any guest concerns or complaints with empathy and proactively work to resolve issues.

Minimum Of 1 Year Experience As A Server In A High-End Restaurant Or Fine Dining Establishment.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Provide A Personalized Dining Experience For Guests.
Knowledge Of Wine And Spirits, As Well As The Ability To Make Recommendations And Pairings.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Restaurant Staff And Kitchen Team.
Familiarity With Pos Systems And Ability To Handle Cash Transactions Accurately.
