  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury apparel items that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  4. Utilize extensive knowledge of fashion trends and brand offerings to provide expert styling advice to customers.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and utilizing effective selling techniques.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  8. Keep up-to-date with all current promotions, events, and merchandise offerings to effectively communicate to customers.
  9. Attend product knowledge and sales training sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay informed on brand offerings.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  13. Maintain a high level of personal presentation and represent the Neiman Marcus brand with professionalism and sophistication.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In High-End Retail: A Qualified Women's Fine Apparel Sales Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have Previous Experience In Luxury Or High-End Retail, Preferably In The Women's Fashion Industry. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Target Market And The Ability To Sell Premium Products.
