Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury and style meet. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Woman's Apparel Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end, designer clothing and accessories, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. We are looking for someone who is fashion-forward, personable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a love for fashion and a talent for building relationships, then we want to hear from you!

  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, including finding the perfect outfit and accessories.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  6. Maintain the store's visual standards by organizing and restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
  7. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
