  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, representing the luxury experience of Neiman Marcus Group.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs, and going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of current fashion trends and Neiman Marcus Group's product offerings to assist customers in finding their perfect style.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and follow-up to build loyalty and increase sales.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and effectively closing sales.
  7. Continuously educate oneself on new fashion trends, product knowledge, and store promotions.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with inventory management and replenishment to ensure products are always available for customers.
  11. Utilize company technology and tools to efficiently process transactions and maintain customer profiles.
  12. Uphold Neiman Marcus Group's high standards of luxury and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
