As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of luxury brands and assist customers in creating their ideal wardrobe.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the Woman's Apparel department.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their fashion needs are met.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands to assist customers in creating their ideal wardrobe.
  4. Proactively approach and engage with customers to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group and effectively communicate them to customers.
  6. Continuously build and expand product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry and market trends to anticipate customer needs and preferences.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure the department is effectively meeting sales goals.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  11. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and company updates.
  12. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and any issues or concerns.
  13. Uphold the Neiman Marcus Group brand image by maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  14. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales and customer service skills through self-evaluation and feedback from management.
