  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting high-end women's apparel and accessories that meet their individual needs and preferences.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized and exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, styles, and product knowledge to effectively guide and advise customers on their purchases.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling merchandise to customers.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and elevated shopping experience for customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
  9. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the brand and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and initiatives.
  14. Consistently uphold the Neiman Marcus Group standards of luxury and excellence in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
