  1. Greet and welcome customers upon entering the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding the needs of each individual customer.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and available products to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
  6. Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  7. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Keep current on all promotions, events, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the overall presentation of the sales floor.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and meet or exceed sales targets.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of all store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  13. Participate in training programs and attend meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company initiatives.
  14. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting fellow team members.
  15. Uphold the Neiman Marcus standards of excellence in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
