- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the Neiman Marcus store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, finding the perfect outfit for them, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information, promotions, and store policies to customers.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while engaging with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base by developing relationships and providing personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the Women's Ready-to-Wear department, including restocking merchandise, creating displays, and keeping the area clean and well-maintained.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while also providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on new fashion trends, products, and promotions to better serve customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the store and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Retail Sales Experience, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Or Ready-To-Wear Clothing.
Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Provide Personalized Styling And Product Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Educate Customers About New Collections And Designers.
Flexibility To Work Weekends And Holidays, With The Ability To Handle A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Environment.
