  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Neiman Marcus customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for each individual.
  2. Develop a thorough understanding of the high-end fashion brands featured in the Women's Contemporary department, including their styles, trends, and product features.
  3. Utilize excellent sales skills to assist customers in finding the perfect items and upsell products to maximize sales.
  4. Create personalized shopping experiences for customers by understanding their preferences, needs, and budget.
  5. Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and provide fashion advice and recommendations to customers.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  7. Keep the Women's Contemporary department organized and visually appealing, including restocking and maintaining inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with other sales associates and department managers to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and department sales targets.
  11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management for further action.
  12. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the Women's Contemporary department and Neiman Marcus Group.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Weekend Sales Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In Women's Contemporary Fashion.
