1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression for the restaurant.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
3. Take guests' orders accurately and efficiently, using knowledge of menu items and specials to make recommendations.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet the restaurant's standards.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including setting and resetting tables.
6. Handle guests' inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
7. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
8. Up-sell and promote menu items to increase revenue and enhance the dining experience.
9. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
10. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and efficient dining experience for guests.
11. Attend and actively participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of menu items, service standards, and restaurant policies.
12. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the restaurant and Neiman Marcus Group in a positive manner.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the restaurant.
