  1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items to customers.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and anticipate customer needs, responding promptly and courteously.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  7. Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for events and private parties.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and presented correctly.
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of service.
  12. Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  13. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Maintain knowledge of all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service.
  18. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for customers.
  19. Perform side work duties such as restocking supplies, rolling silverware, and cleaning duties as needed.
  20. Uphold the brand's image and values by providing exceptional service and upholding high standards of excellence.
