  1. Design and implement visually stunning displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and merchandise offerings.
  2. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into visual displays to create a dynamic and relevant shopping experience.
  3. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to plan and execute visual displays that highlight key products and promotions.
  4. Maintain the overall visual aesthetic of the store, including windows, in-store displays, and signage.
  5. Ensure all visual displays are executed accurately and efficiently, according to company guidelines and standards.
  6. Use creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise with visual displays.
  7. Work closely with store management to ensure visual displays are aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
  8. Communicate effectively with the rest of the store team to ensure the visual displays are properly maintained and updated.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or inquiries about the visual displays.
  10. Attend and participate in visual merchandising training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and trends.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the visual merchandising storage area.
  12. Utilize strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  13. Continuously assess and improve visual displays based on customer feedback and sales data.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and supporting team members.
  15. Represent the brand and company values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
