- Develop and execute creative and visually appealing displays that reflect the luxury and high-end brand image of Neiman Marcus Group.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create cohesive and impactful displays that effectively showcase and promote luxury products.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion and design trends to continuously enhance and innovate the visual displays in-store and in windows.
- Ensure all displays are executed with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high visual standards.
- Communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to understand and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain the visual presentation and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage and organize product inventory and ensure all items are properly displayed and well-stocked.
- Train and guide store associates on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency in displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively present and promote luxury products in displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines when handling and displaying products.
- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Assist in the implementation of new visual directives and guidelines from corporate headquarters.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed, to meet deadlines and support the store's needs.
- Uphold the Neiman Marcus Group brand standards and values in all visual displays and interactions with customers and colleagues.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Background In Visual Merchandising, Including Experience In Creating Window Displays, Tablescapes, And Floor Layouts.
Creativity And Design Skills: A Strong Eye For Design And The Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays And Presentations Is A Must For This Role.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Be Able To Incorporate Them Into Their Visual Displays.
