  1. Lead and manage a team of UI designers to create visually stunning and innovative designs for our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand business goals and user needs.
  3. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style and brand identity across all digital platforms.
  4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine designs.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our digital products.
  7. Manage and prioritize design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of creativity and growth.
  9. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support design projects.
  11. Monitor and analyze user data to make data-driven design decisions.
  12. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design elements.
  13. Ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across all digital platforms.
  14. Proactively identify and address any design issues or challenges.
  15. Communicate design strategy and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ui Design, Preferably In The Retail Or Luxury Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers.

  • Expertise In User-Centered Design Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
