Job Description

As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store and providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and completing purchases.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Keep the store organized and visually appealing by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Handle customer complaints and returns with patience and professionalism.
  9. Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns that may arise with customers or operations.
  10. Consistently adhere to all Neiman Marcus Group and store policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  12. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  13. Contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic by supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
  14. Uphold the luxury and customer service standards of Neiman Marcus Group at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
