  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  6. Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold the overall appearance of the store.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to address any customer service issues.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services offered.
  11. Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  12. Record and report any customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate management team.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to further improve job skills and knowledge.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
