  1. Receive and organize incoming inventory: The Stocking - Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and accurately organizing all incoming merchandise in the warehouse.
  2. Maintain inventory levels: It will be the responsibility of the Stocking - Warehouse Associate to regularly monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
  3. Label and tag merchandise: The associate will be in charge of labeling and tagging merchandise with the correct product codes and prices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the inventory management process.
  4. Assist with inventory audits: The Stocking - Warehouse Associate will assist with regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  5. Prepare merchandise for shipping: The associate will be responsible for preparing merchandise for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and organizing items for easy retrieval.
  6. Monitor and report damaged or defective merchandise: The Stocking - Warehouse Associate will be responsible for identifying and reporting any damaged or defective merchandise to the appropriate department for resolution.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse: The associate will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that all merchandise is easily accessible and in good condition.
  8. Collaborate with other team members: The Stocking - Warehouse Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations in the warehouse.
  9. Follow safety procedures: It is the responsibility of the associate to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their fellow team members.
  10. Uphold company standards: The Stocking - Warehouse Associate will represent the Neiman Marcus Group and uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and product presentation.
