  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the Rotunda restaurant.
  2. Assist in seating guests and providing menus.
  3. Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, glasses, and other necessary items.
  5. Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations.
  7. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  8. Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service at all times.
  9. Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  11. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requests.
  12. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Assist in training and mentoring new service assistants/bussers.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A High-End Or Luxury Retail Or Hospitality Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Interact Professionally With Customers And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations And Ability To Assist With Table Set-Up, Food Delivery, And Other Service Tasks.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain A Clean And Organized Dining Area.

  • Flexibility To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed, And Ability To Handle A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
