  1. Assist in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and other dining areas.
  2. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu and be able to answer any customer questions.
  4. Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and delivering food to customers.
  5. Monitor table turnover and communicate with servers and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating and service.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.
  7. Assist with restocking and organizing supplies, such as silverware, glassware, and condiments.
  8. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash.
  9. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to customers.
  10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
  11. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining experience for customers.
  12. Continuously strive to improve service and efficiency in the restaurant.
  13. Attend training and meetings as required by management.
  14. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of hospitality and luxury service at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, With A Focus On Customer Service And Teamwork.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Team Members In A Professional And Friendly Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Proper Table Setting And Dining Etiquette, As Well As Experience With Bussing And Resetting Tables.
