  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for the company
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure their success
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop and execute effective sales plans
  4. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth

Job Qualifications
