- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for the company
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that all sales efforts are focused on providing exceptional luxury experiences for our customers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to increase sales performance

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Sales Management Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
